My clinic is in Putaruru. I grew up in the South Waikato and after many years away it is great to be back. 

I love being an Osteopath. 

I studied for 5 years at Unitec Auckland to complete a Bachelor of Science (human biology) and a Masters Degree in Osteopathy, achieving honours.

I also have a Diploma in Therapeutic Massage and worked for 10 years in sports and therapeutic massage. 

I have post graduate training in Osteopathy in the Cranial Field (Cranial Osteopathy). 

My thesis researched breathing dysfunction and the effect of this on overall heath and the relationship to stress and anxiety. I have long been interested in health so I enjoy ongoing learning and always have study in the go. 

Osteopathy is a collaboration with you. We discuss your symptoms, your medical history and any lifestyle factors that may be contributing to your condition. I work to find the source of or reason for your pain/discomfort and to not just treat symptoms. 

I usually assess your posture and suggest how to rebalance and do stretches.

Your first treatment is an hour and any subsequent treatments are 45 minutes to an hour.

Please bring:
• a list of any medications you are taking
• results of imaging (Xray etc) that are relevant
• shorts and a singlet top

I am registered with ACC.  I can register new accidents and accept existing ACC claims.
